Also if you can, bring a gently used (or new) backpack to be blessed and sent to the Bendriani Orphanage in the country of Georgia. The offering will go to the 9/11 Scholarship which is awarded to two Tuxedo high school seniors each spring. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary's for Kevin McDevitt on Wednesday, September 8 at 11 a.m. All are invited. Confirmation is a mature, public commitment to follow Christ. At St. Mary’s, confirmation occurs every second year when one of our Diocesan bishop visits. St. Mary’s has confirmation preparation programs for both children (most children are in late-middle or high school) and adults.
